ALL INCLUSIVE
- 1 hour of ceremony rehearsal time to be scheduled prior to wedding day
- 8 hours of venue time to end at 9:00 p.m.
- 4 hour for ceremony and reception
- Service for 50 guests
- Additional guests are $100 per person (maximum of 70 guests total)
- Day-of-Event & timeline coordinator with Aisle Planner Pro software services
- Use of bridal suite and groom's room
- Choice of ceremony location – Lake Front or White Pavilion
- Table linens, chargers, décor, and all silk floral arrangements
- Custom wood tables with wood chairs
- Base bar package includes:
- Beer and wine
- Off-duty officer
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Ceremony area setup with padded white chairs
- Cocktail/patio area with corn-hole boards
- Catch-and-release fishing in our tournament-stocked lake (poles not provided)
- Real dinnerware and flatware with glass charger plates
- Dinner service with menu selections from our restaurant catering partners (Texas Roadhouse, Giorgio's, Williamson Brother BBQ, Fajita Grill)
- 4 hours of DJ service for ceremony and reception. Includes lapel microphone for officiant, outdoor speaker setup for ceremony and cocktail hour. Indoor setup for reception with 10 wireless DMX uplights.
- Photo booth setup with ring light and backdrop. Photos and boomerangs are instantly sent to guests via AirDrop or text.
- Custom floral package with Funky Mountain

Add additional morning time for $250 per hour. Additional hour of reception time can be added for $1,500.

Micro Weddings are available to book any dates within the next 6 months.
Additional Guests: $100 per person
All packages are subject to a 7% base service tax plus a $500 damage deposit required 30 days prior to the event. We require a $1,000 event insurance policy with Lilly Creek Farm listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract. Approximate insurance cost: $190. A deposit of 25% of the package total is required to book. Balance paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
